Welcome to the Trafford Hospitals Plaster Room Service. We
provide services from the application of basic casts to more
advanced casting, splinting procedures and the provision of basic
soft orthotic goods related to fracture treatment management.
Admission:
We treat patients referred from the A&E department, Orthopaedic/Fracture Clinic, Orthopaedic Unit and other wards.
Location:
The plaster room is located at the Greater Manchester Surgical Centre building of Trafford General Hospital.
We also provide services from Altrincham General Hospital near the Minor Injuries Unit.
Hours:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 8.30am - 5.00pm
Tuesdays: 8.30am - 11.30am and then at Altrincham General Hospital from 1.30pm - 5:00 pm
Fridays – 9:00am - 3:00 pm
