National award for Organisational Development and Training team

odt awardLast month the OD&T team won a National Learning Heroes 'Best Blended Learning Approach' Award.  This was one of four award categories that were presented to global and UK organisational winners that had invested in an extensive portfolio of exciting and engaging e-learning modules and resources from Learning Heroes. The team were recognised for their work in designing and implementing the Management Resource Portal, providing the content for free across the organisation and evaluating e-learning courses to a very high standard.

CMFT had tough competition and the win has aligned our Trust with some fantastic market leaders that truly put learning and development at the centre of their culture.  We are honoured to be included in Learning Heroes promotional marketing material that features across the UK, in social media and internationally at Europe's leading learning and development.

The winners of the four categories were:

  • Carpet Right (UK's largest retailer of floor coverings)- Overall Best Implementation & Engagement of Learning Heroes Content
  • Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (A leading provider of tertiary and specialist healthcare) - Best Blended Learning
  • Mott MacDonald (global engineering and development consultancy) - Best Launch
  • Newsquest (the second largest publisher of regional newspapers in the UK) - Best Marketing Campaign

The OD&T team was absolutely delighted to win the award as it recognises not only the investment in our invaluable staff members across the Trust but also the fantastic people who inspire them every day at work.
